Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of the floral industry as well as supply and demand it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions in order to create the same look and feel. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible. We will always do our best to ensure the finished product has the same look and feel as the arrangement chosen. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.
Delivery Policy
We do our uptmost to ensure timely delivery at the most convient time for the recipient. Same day deliveries are available in town if the order is recieved before 12:00 pm and in rural areas if received before 10:00 am. However we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery, especially in the case of rural deliveries. If the sender requests the item to be left at the door the sender assumes all liability. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
If the recipient is not available re-delivery will be attempted the next business day.
